The Institute signed a Declaration of Intent with the Republic of Korea's leading university, Seoul National University (SNU), during the inaugural US-Korea Strategic Infrastructure Summit. The focus is to mobilize infrastructure investment in support of democracies globally. Three founding members of the U.S./Korea Digital Infrastructure Initiative - Blockchains, Big Sun Holdings Group, Smart Radar System, and the State of West Virginia were also signatories.
